My name's Bekkah, and I am the face behind this website. Over the past three years of working 'in the trenches' of mental health services, I have found that one of the biggest barriers to treatment and continued success in recovery is simply not knowing what help is out there. It is so easy to feel alone or overwhelmed when faced with life's struggles. Let's be honest, we just don't have time to find these valuable resources that can make such a big difference in our lives. I do a deep dive into our community. I regularly meet with offices, nonprofits, and businesses and scour the internet, forums, and websites for the most relevant information to provide for you.
